"I bought a gift for my goddaughter today, and they offered me a "gift" bag for 30 cents that looked very much like a postal envelope because the original packaging was torn... recycling and sustainable development policy, you retorted (the good humorous back of this policy...). From now on, I will "recycle" my money in a store capable of providing at least decent packaging (and there is no shortage of it, I even regret not having asked you for a refund right away). Run away!!!! Edit: I fully understand your "policy" (for which I personally have no need to raise awareness), let's hope it is also "altruistic" (oh yes, friendly) towards your suppliers. Have a nice day to you too."

"Beautiful ceramics, but unfortunately I purchased a plate that was porous and absorbed a sauce the first time I used it, resulting in a stained plate. Customer service responded that this is normal for handmade ceramics and that the problem will occur on every piece (?), which shouldn't be the case with glazed ceramics. I then purchased a pitcher with a flaw in the handle, but the exchange was refused. We love the store, and unfortunately, we won't be returning."
