"1 star. I can't give 0. Order placed on December 6th with delivery to a pickup point. I supposedly received my package in my mailbox, even though I didn't request home delivery. I went to my mailbox and found nothing. I called the delivery service and made every complaint, but the website refuses to do anything!! I haven't received my package; there's a major problem with my order. Nothing is being done correctly. €95 down the drain!!! This is unacceptable. I contacted the website by phone and email, but they're doing nothing. I absolutely do not recommend them!!!! Their customer service is really terrible!!! These were my partner's Christmas presents!!!"
