"Very bad experience! Very disappointed by the lack of understanding and professionalism. - After explaining my request, the person made a mistake by mis-sewing the requested area and also made a mistake in the positioning of a snap, preventing the zipper from going up on the jacket. - Doesn't call when the item is ready! (For the two times we were dropped off the same item following the first mistake) - Doesn't apologize when we show them where they made a mistake, even though I had already explained what I wanted, and to correct the mistake, they also ask for more money... €10 for two small snaps sewn on quickly / price seen online at €0.50 per snap... but they're ripping me off, even though I've already paid a tidy sum of €35 for a hood to sew onto the bottom of a jacket collar and to position four snaps on a lining inside the jacket. (No goodwill gesture even though she made two mistakes, and no apologies.) For me, it's completely unprofessional; you won't dream of me. Just a good place to get simple alterations done to the bottom of pants."

"Very professional workshop! I brought a size XL garment when I'm an XS... I desperately asked if there was a possibility of making it to my size even though I thought such a job was impossible. The lady immediately reassured me by telling me that it was always possible even if she had to start from scratch. Finally, after several hours and days of work, I managed to get a suit that fit perfectly. I recommend it with my eyes closed!"
