"Very disappointed with the service: I had a new set of keys urgently remade: nothing was right - one of the keys still wouldn't fit in the lock - I remade the set - same thing... impossible to open the door! I finally had my keys remade elsewhere in Aix, and the set and all the keys fit perfectly - just perfect when you have an urgent key problem to resolve!!!"

"Very disappointing experience. I handed in a pair of shoes damaged by a silicone product. One of the employees recognized the problem and offered me a shoe polish service that was supposed to improve the situation. The result: no effect, a useless service. Subsequently, the customer service representative for the product brand was willing to consider taking care of the problem, provided they had written confirmation of the diagnosis. But the workshop manager categorically refused to provide this document, despite the initial assessment by his employees. So I paid for ineffective service and found myself without any help or solution. Following my initial notification, the owner called me four times in a row without leaving a message, which is inappropriate for someone who hadn't wanted to call me before. It's no longer time to discuss things, but to take responsibility. This type of operation clearly lacks professionalism and consideration for the customer. I strongly advise against this business. "The staff are very helpful with advice on shoe repairs and maintenance. I went to this cobbler to have new heels and rubber soles fitted to my leather loafers. The price was €48 for the pair. The work was completed in one week, and I'm quite happy with the result, except for the fact that the shoes were damaged. The leather was snagged on one of the shoes (see photo); the photo was taken that same day. It could have been perfect were it not for this damage and what I consider a slightly high price, although this second point is purely subjective."

"Excellent shoemaker who resoled and repaired the heels of my boots. I also bought a Saphir brand black shoe polish for leather for €7. I'm delighted, very good value for money. Fast service in 2 days. Resoling: €20 Heel lift: €15"
