"Although I clearly made an appointment online stating that my iPhone 8 Plus needed a new battery, they did not have such a battery in store. Employee said they had to order the battery and they would then call me to come and collect my iPhone. Since it's a one and a half hour drive (so at least 3 hours in total) I went to the nearest generic phone repair shop and they helped me out within the hour for cheap."

"Ignored when I entered the store - I had to approach the host to help me & then direct them to find me the correct employee for service. The whole environment here is a complete mess! Big difference between Apple Stores in the USA , UK & Japan."

"I have been to many Apple stores around the world and must report that Easily this location is the worst one I have ever visited !!!! Apple Corporate should be embarrassed to call this store one of its own! Completely Unorganized! The customer service is HORRIBLE! The manager Michael has no clue how to handle people and it shows in his employees attitudes towards customers. What a disappointment!"

"I had an excellent experience here. Having been with Apple consistently since 2014 with many trips to the Apple Store been then and now, I’d have to say that my experience here was better than most of my experiences at the Apple Store in the USA. I unfortunately dropped my phone in Switzerland, I needed my back glass replaced. I made a next day appointment for the only time shot available. The staff at the Apple Store were very kind and empathetic to my needs. They were also willing and ready to speak English which was very helpful. The part wasn’t in stock, they ordered it and called me 2 days later to come in without an appointment to have it fixed and it was ready just 2 hours (or a little less) later. I have AppleCare plus so everything was 100% free because the difference in currency doesn’t allow for an Apple Store abroad to charge a fee. This has always been the case since my first visit to an Apple Store in 2018 where I needed my entire device replaced. Overall excellent work and excellent service, I recommend. I was surprised to find an Apple store in such a small French city."

"We came here to buy a computer charger. The place is located in a beautiful square. Very visible and easy to find with google maps. The parking is a problem in the area, so we recommend parking in the underground parking 5 minutes walk away. The parking price is reasonable. The Apple Store is not crowded, it is very spacious and has plenty of hand sanitisers available."
