"A lovely, cozy boutique with beautiful collections and a warm welcome. The shop manager was incredibly attentive, listening carefully to my needs and offering helpful advice and guidance towards outfits I might like, all with kindness and courtesy. This is so appreciated these days. I highly recommend this boutique."

"A warm and colorful "candy box" boutique. Beautiful designs made from high-quality materials. A great place to find stylish outfits with character. And the pleasure of meeting a passionate saleswoman with a keen eye. Her advice has always been attentive and relevant. Walking around this place is a rare pleasure; making a purchase is a great time of day."

"Very disappointed. I bought a butterfly brooch in the Aix en Provence boutique that I had seen in the window for 29 euros. the saleswoman made me pay 39 euros, telling me that I had seen it wrong and that that was the price. In the evening I looked on the site and it cost 29 euros!!! As I was passing through, I was unable to return to the store. The icing on the cake is that the pin is mounted upside down which means that when the safety opens the pin slides straight to the ground! I don't dare to wear it anymore!"

"Visited today, 12/02/2023. Saleswoman who should change careers because she clearly has no concept of customer service. Going to this kind of store to see her 12-year-old daughter being told off like a 3-year-old because she simply wanted to try on a beret she liked and was considering getting for her birthday. Lamentable. The saleswoman's verbatim response: "You shouldn't touch the clothes because it takes me time to put them away." A mind-blowing response, right? Result: no purchase. As a regular at the store, you've lost a customer (or even more, because a dissatisfied customer means much more potential customers lost)."
