"Very bad experience with the saleswoman accusing me of having torn a garment while trying it on in the changing room when not certainly it was unstitched and not torn but I had not even seen that it was in. Being in state and she accuses me that it is me who tore it, to avoid any controversy in view of her bad faith I bought the garment, I would like to emphasize that the clothes as well as the shoes in this store are of very poor quality they deform in the wash and the finishes on the seams are poor, moreover during my passage in the changing room before allowing me to go and try on the clothes she makes me understand that the clothes that I took are a size 40 and that it will surely not fit me. I emphasize that I am a woman of strong build so she allows herself to tell me this all this to make me understand that the clothes that I chose will not fit me because I am strong and that it is not worth trying them on. I had taken some accessories in this store, a handbag and a belt that I left out of disgust at the reaction of this woman (saleswoman), moreover as soon as you enter this store you are stared at and monitored in your every move as if you were going to steal or something else, it is really very annoying ... In short, store to avoid and very poor quality item."

"Very disappointing experience at Alto. Unpleasant and dishonest staff. I bought heels for my little sister and asked at the checkout on the day of purchase if a refund was possible if I decided to return them. Both women assured me that they would. Less than 15 days later, I returned and they refused to refund me. This is unacceptable, and note the way the saleswomen address customers, which is both disrespectful and aggressive. SCAMMER, I'm screaming "scam!" AVOID!"

"Friendly staff who took care of us. Alto is located on a more posh street but their clothes are very much still affordable. The room is big, with lots of selection in all colors. Fun prints, even zebra and leopard print. So many colors even in one outfit. Would recommend this if you are budget conscious."
