"I asked for a simple copy of my car key. At first, the guy claimed he could make it without any problem and asked me for information about the car in order to proceed, except that 2 months (yes, 2 months) later, he set me up with his supplier, who is equipped with a special machine, on a Tuesday morning (I had to take a day off from work), and all for nothing since the supplier stated once at the appointment that he couldn't make the copy for me without giving a clear explanation. Avoid this place; it's a waste of time..."

"We arrived at 6 PM and found the doors closed, but the lights were still on, so we knocked and waited a bit. The man came over; he'd been at the bar next door and told us we were lucky he was about to close, so an hour before the advertised closing time (7 PM). We asked him for three simple keys, and he had them. He told us it would cost €19, which I thought was expensive for three simple keys. Not very polite and very expensive."
