"Not only is there notorious incompetence with equipment that the company claims to know, even though it's not true (I ultimately had to involve the parent company), but there's worse! As the attached video proves, the installation was tinkered with, and near a stovetop, they "protected" electrical connections with tape!!! Which put the users in serious danger! What's more, they demanded to be paid immediately, swearing on their honor that they would honor their word, which, of course, was another lie.... when, of course, I paid them more than €1,000 for the "bogus" intervention!!!! They will, of course, claim not to have been paid for additional work, but will forget to mention that their services remain unfinished and that, as the attached video proves, it was another company that fortunately finished the job... and for much less than the one that only offers service in name! Everyone can judge the value for money... pitiful!"
