"Top-notch efficiency: I arrived with an old UPS battery and left with a brand new one, simple as that. No need to order (even though I expected it), almost the same price as online, and the salesperson even checked the battery's (recent) manufacturing date without me asking (the kind of detail you don't think to check, but it affects the lifespan of lead-acid batteries). All this within 15 minutes of the free parking at the train station right across the street :)"

"My car broke down right in front of the 1001 Piles store because of the battery. Not only was I able to buy a new battery there (which has been working perfectly ever since), but they also lent me the tools to replace it... and best of all, the owner came to my car himself to help me install it—a generous gesture that went way beyond his obligations. I took the opportunity to buy a battery booster, for peace of mind in case of an unforeseen situation, as well as a fast charger for my phone, which I'm very happy with. You can even call the store with any questions you may have: you'll see, they combine expertise, kindness, and a true sense of service. When we talk about a business that exceeds expectations, we're definitely talking about the owner of 1001 Piles. A big thank you! I recommend this store without hesitation."
