"A first prenatal yoga class with Claudia and... I highly recommend it. The welcome is very gentle, you immediately feel at ease, in a small group, it feels like a moment between friends. And the practice is gentle, adapts to each person, without judgment, a precious moment in our current lives. The premises are charming, lots of equipment available, sometimes identical to that of the delivery room! I loved the exercises with the big ball and the relaxation session."
