"I've been attending Malou's prenatal yoga classes since the beginning of my pregnancy. It's the appointment I look forward to every week. Malou is very gentle and attentive to all our aches and pains, everything we're feeling. She gives excellent advice. She also facilitates exchanges between expectant mothers, which is really great! Don't hesitate, Malou is the person you need for your yoga sessions!"

"I started prenatal yoga with Malou, then continued with postnatal yoga and mother-baby circles. I highly recommend it. Malou has a very beautiful approach to women, their well-being, classes that are all about kindness and fulfillment. It's a very beautiful encounter and a great opportunity to be supported during and after pregnancy. To practice yoga as well as to meet beautiful people around femininity and/or motherhood, Malou is the one for you!"

"I just finished my Women's Yoga class with Malou. Ladies, honestly, go for it! There are other breathing techniques, other postures, and the moon salutation for women is incredible when combined. There are many more explanations, and the visualization, for me, was very meaningful. I'd say this class has a more "enveloping" feel. A top-notch class, thank you, Malou 🧘‍♀️ ☀️"

"I highly recommend Malou's classes. She's a passionate and attentive teacher who loves what she does. I tried women's yoga with her, and I highly recommend this general practice that's suitable for everyone. Very gentle, very Yin, it invites us to reconnect with our female bodies and balance them. Practicing yoga specifically adapted to women is an enriching path to fulfillment. By merging the power of postures with a heightened awareness of body and mind, women's yoga promotes vitality, hormonal balance, and a deep connection with oneself. It's a transformative adventure that celebrates strength, grace, and inner serenity."

I especially love her women's yoga classes, which include breathing practices. In her classes, you can see the love and dedication Malou has for this yoga practice, and it is felt by everyone."
