"Not only could my parcel not be delivered bc this place was closed without notice, but stupidly enough I booked an appointment to do my nails with them. My appointment was moved through a very rude message (not addressing me correcrly or saying who was writing, extremely unprofessional!) and then only hours from the new slot they were going to move it again, ao I cancelled. I have two small children and this is unacceptable behavior, they knew about this, yet kept me hanging. Totally unreliable, I am almost glad I did not get a treatment at this point…. will nevee set foot there again."

"A very bad experience with this collection point, which should be closed! I couldn't even pick up my package even though it was indicated it would be delivered there. It was supposedly transferred to another location, even though I haven't received any messages regarding this transfer. She doesn't answer the phone, and is very rude when she finally decides to answer instead of hanging up on people. Very careless about opening hours, the institute is always closed even though it's supposed to be open... well... avoid it!"

"My daughter celebrated her 9th birthday with her friends at this institute. I thought the idea was super original. They had a blast for two hours with activities my daughter had chosen in advance. A great decoration! Thank you for the welcome. I can't recommend this place enough if you want a birthday party that's out of the ordinary. I really appreciated having photos of the birthday party."

"My nails have been done for the second time by someone else. They don't stay in place, curl, break. It will be 2 weeks. Saturday, so barely 12 days. I'm not satisfied. I asked for Lou, but I didn't get it."
