"Avoid at all costs, thieves! I paid €75 in cash for a complete nail removal service in January! I was sick with complications, so I notified the employee, a young woman, and cancelled my appointment in advance. Three months later, I decided to call back to book my nail extensions, which I had already paid for. The owner assured me it was too late and that her employee hadn't even notified me of my cancellation!"

"Very disappointed. Not only was I treated extremely poorly, but the treatment I paid a lot for (capsules) was damaged after 3 days. This is not normal for this type of treatment (I've had it done about twenty times before). Getting nail polish applied should be a pleasure, not an experience where you get scolded for not cleaning your nails properly. When I came in to get my toenails polished, Patricia told me that my nails were too damaged and so she wouldn't do it if I didn't choose a more expensive option. I called another nail salon right after and they did the application without any problems. I won't be back."
