"I usually go to Racha, but last Friday I had an appointment with Berta for a gel fill. I'm disappointed with the service because I experienced immediate nail pain after the application. I understand that Berta was busy, but my nails were also filed too much on the sides, which distorted their shape. In addition, the gel layer was very thick, making my nails too curved. After just one week, I had to get them removed elsewhere due to the discomfort they caused."
