"Horrible, I will NEVER go back!!! I booked an appointment for a lash lift, tint, and Botox treatment. The person was incredibly rude and treated us like dirt. They botched the service; the lift only lasted two days—truly shameful. I've never experienced such anxiety getting a lash lift done, especially one that was completely botched. I had a bit of trouble finding the place; it was complicated, and she didn't even help me. She just said, "Well, it's here," and gave me the address again. It was really unkind. I thought to myself, "This is a great start," and I wasn't wrong. I barely arrived, said hello, and she told me to sit down, and then there was radio silence. I sat down on the table, closed my eyes, and she didn't say a single word, not a single sentence, nothing. We're just her wallet and nothing more. I'm not asking to talk the whole time, but just to know if anyone else was there? If I wasn't being abandoned? She did the first step of the lash lift and didn't even say "see you later" or "we'll wait 10 minutes," absolutely NOTHING. The step was finished, I jumped, and suddenly felt her hands on my face. I wasn't expecting it at all; it was like a ghost. And then, radio silence. I didn't even know where we were or what time it was. I had to keep my eyes closed. It was horrible. I completely panicked because she was finishing her thing (applying the dye, for example), and without a word, she just left. It felt like an eternity! I panicked!!! I felt like I was all alone, like it was going on for hours. It was awful. She didn't reassure me, she didn't explain anything, not even a "are you okay?" I tried to talk, just to ask, "How much longer?" I barely got a response... What is this? Don't you respect us? Are we your wallet? And the lift? Don't even get me started! It's the first time I've had a lift done so badly. What kind of people are these? 60 euros for that? I was so shocked! I absolutely must avoid them. I'll never go back, and I really hope she realizes how ungrateful and disrespectful she is."

"I had made an appointment at this salon for 12:30 p.m., Madame wanted me to come earlier, I did everything I could to arrive at 11 a.m. to accommodate this person, arrived in front of the salon, no one, no answer after calling 4 times and sending several messages, I waited 2 hours to finally leave, not to mention that I had paid the 50€ in advance, a price that is far too excessive, it is absolutely unprofessional knowing that I am not the first client to whom this has happened. I absolutely do not recommend"

"Very unfriendly person. She barely says hello when you enter her salon. Eyelash lift that only worked on one eye. And then the last appointment for threading was canceled an hour before without even warning or apologizing. I absolutely do not recommend this professional, if I can call it that!"

"NO PROFESSIONALISM APPOINTMENT FORGOTTEN: I was going there for the first time to have my eyebrows waxed. I had made an appointment via the Planity platform. At 6 p.m. I arrived a little early to see if it was possible to come in or not. I called her two or three times to get an answer. When I told her I had an appointment at 6 p.m. she hung up on me. I waited a bit and told myself it was a mistake, but I didn't receive any calls, so I decided to call back. I called back at least 10 times without an answer before receiving a message telling me that she didn't have an appointment noted in her diary. I asked her to answer my phone so we could discuss it. I waited 30 minutes downstairs in the heat, calling at least 15 times without any response. After 30 minutes, I received a poor message with no apologies or explanation, telling me that the refund for the service had been made even though I had I made the trip especially for this meeting; the least I could do is apologize and, above all, explain the situation instead of burying my head in the sand and not answering my calls when it's HIS fault. After professionalism, courtesy, and especially respect, aren't given to everyone..."
