"3 years ahead at the FitMumFrance studio, and we're still having the same fun! A variety of classes (Pilates, Cardioboxing, Yoga, LevelUp, Stretching, Barrefit, etc.) and flexible memberships (10/20 sessions, monthly, quarterly, etc.) allow you to try out different classes and organize them around your schedule. A family-friendly gym with a great atmosphere, where the focus is on health-related fitness rather than summer-body fitness. "After trying several studios and gym instructors, I finally arrived at Caroline and Fitmum's five years ago. Professional instructors with a deep understanding of anatomy, allowing for safe practice and tailored sessions to each individual, including any injuries or other ailments. At first, I came once a week. Now, I come at least three times a week, and I've made lots of friends! If you want to work out without judgment, with a lot of kindness and professionalism, come join us; this studio is fantastic."
