"my husband bought me a birthday voucher for a duo massage and spa treat for 360€. as with the Covid closers and as a family we caught the virus!! We were sick for a while.. So going to a spa was the last thing in our mind! until a week ago we decided to use our vouchers but to our surprise we were told that our voucher run out of date by 7 months which is true .They extanded the vouchers for 4months only , the period they were closed.But as the whole world know that we have been dealing with exeptional circumstances with Covid 19!! so we expected that we will be treated fairly as we have by another Spa, DOMAINE de MANVILLE in Bau de Provence who were happy to extend our voucher to 1year and half with no question asked and a great welcome by all the staff!!We feel very angry and disappointed with the reply we got from Mazarine!It's a disgrace! I was also told that the directeur of Mazarine cannot be contacted for personal reasons nor will they contact me back to deal with my issue!! how inprofessional is that?? took the money with a smile but refuses to allow us to have what we payed for!! I don't recommend this place and have enough friends in my network to discourage them to use their services!! We feel robed !They chose to put their reputation on the line for the sake of 360€"
