My hair was extremely dry and damaged because of my highlights, but after the treatment, it became soft, shiny, and so much more manageable. "Melody, the manager, is very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend her. However, her apprentice is incompetent; you should avoid having her do your hair at all costs, if possible. Sloppy work, poor positioning in front of the client. I'm disappointed."
