"My friend came a few months ago to get her hair done and everything went very well. However, she recently went back and encountered the boss who was unpleasant, in a hurry, and didn't really care about the cut she wanted, but if that was all it would be fine. She wanted a fairly short layered cut, but ended up with a long layered cut and some unevenly cut strands here and there. She made it clear that it wasn't short enough and was dismissed with a "that's what you asked for," basta! No effort to satisfy her customers, it's hard to get a smile from her. A word of advice, as a student, is to put your money elsewhere..."

"Very disappointing experience. I went to this salon to get a balayage (light bleaching of fine strands of hair). The prices were attractive, but when I left, I understood why... From the moment I arrived, I received a very poor reception as a new client. I tried to explain what I wanted, but not being a hairstyling expert, I didn't necessarily have the exact terms. Rather than helping me clarify my request, the hairdresser looked down on me and displayed a rude attitude. Fortunately, the assistant was very kind. Technically speaking, the result was not up to par. I'm used to doing light highlights, and yet I left with a rough job: on the same strand, I ended up blonde on top and my natural color on the bottom... when that's generally the opposite of what you expect from balayage. Furthermore, the highlights were poorly distributed. The price might have been a red flag: €50 for highlights on long hair, it's hard to expect good results at that price. As for the €30 charged for a treatment (a mask sold for €35 in stores), it's clearly excessive."

"This salon is a little gem of a hairdresser, just the kind we love: friendly, welcoming, and expertly crafted. I go there for myself (cuts, blow-dries, color) and my children. My son got a fantastic haircut this morning, and as he was leaving, he told me, "The lady is so nice!" Thank you again for your kindness and care!"
