"First of all, I want to clarify that this review is not intended to harm the salon's reputation. I am a regular customer of this salon, going every week for a blow-dry. Until now, I have always been satisfied with the service and the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately, my last experience was very disappointing. As soon as I arrived, I pointed out to the hairstylist who usually sees me that I didn't understand why two appointments had been scheduled at the same time. Because of this arrangement, I was only seen about 20 minutes late. As a result, at 1:41 p.m., I was still seated at the sink, even though I had only booked a simple blow-dry. Another very problematic point: this professional is well aware that I cannot stand having my hair detangled at the sink, as it causes me significant pain and discomfort. Usually, this is respected and the detangling is done in the chair. However, this time, my request was completely ignored, and the hairstylist insisted on finishing the detangling in the sink, despite my protests. Finally, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the delay and lack of consideration, the only response I received was, "Why are you getting so worked up and getting up from the sink?" A remark that I consider completely inappropriate, disrespectful, and unacceptable towards a client."

"For 3 years I've been regularly changing hairdressers to find the one who will cut my curly hair. My daughter found Sabrina on social media. And there she is, a gem! Absolutely not overrated. Excellent scissors, attentive, super friendly. In short, I finally found my hairdresser. Thank you for this great time.
