"Nothing to say about the welcome, but I'm a little disappointed with the service itself. I booked an appointment for eyebrow waxing + tinting, as well as eyelash lifting + tinting. The waxing and lifting were very good (although the lift wasn't very noticeable, which may have been due to my lashes and not the product). However, the eyebrow tint was applied for only 1 minute and was immediately removed. As a result, it didn't take, and it was as if nothing had happened. I think it's a shame to charge for a service that wasn't done properly, considering that I've had eyebrows tint before, and I remember them taking longer than a single minute."
