"I'm not giving it 5 stars because I haven't yet picked up the item to be cleaned. But the customer service from the manager was very friendly, professional, and warm. The cleaning advice seemed sincere to me. I'll be happy to add to this review after picking up my laundry. To be continued... Sorry, but I picked up my large duvet several weeks late, even though when I dropped it off I was promised "the moon and stars," hence the single star rating!!! See the lines above. In addition, the duvet had a strange odor, as if it had been stored wet in its carrying case. And the duvet, which wasn't torn when I dropped it off, was torn when I picked it up, perhaps due to use or intense washing. I'll have doubts about that. SORRY, but I rarely give it 1 star, but this time... It's a shame, the first contact was rather cool and professional."

"Dry cleaners to avoid, catastrophic. A wedding dress to make, she took 3 months, made me come 3 times for nothing "it's not ready". She lost the dress cover as well. Doesn't respect any deadlines, plays on her phone all day. Wash at home if possible but never, ever, set foot there. A farce."

"Deplorable welcome. When I arrived at the dry cleaners, the lady was on the phone. I repeated "hello" several times for several minutes, without a response or a glance. When she finally noticed me, she still didn't hang up, didn't greet me, and completely ignored me. Worse, she literally sent me packing, as if I was bothering her. This was disrespectful and unacceptable behavior. I will never set foot in this establishment again."

"We came in urgently for an ironing repair just before going to our friends' wedding, and we received an exceptional welcome! The lady is very kind, very professional, with an easy conversation and full of humor. She put us first to help us out, which really saved us. A big thank you for your kindness and efficiency.
