"Never again! The initial bill was €49, but when I went back to have the curtain recut, they added €69 – so it was €118 instead of €49!! A rip-off!! Very disappointed"

"Such a negative review, reluctantly, but the lack of politeness added to the unacknowledged and repeated damage prompted me to post after reviewing my two decidedly unwearable dresses. Two silk dresses: one scratched by a staple in the center of the front and the other tarnished and with the same small stain... The employee's remark: "I didn't stain it" for one and "what proves it wasn't you who scratched it?" The very friendly owner, however, was absent both times, so I gave up on going to this local store, which cost me two dresses for a total of four figures. Dry cleaning paid!"

"Never again!!!! A total of €130 to clean a wedding dress that came back with as many stains as it had at the warehouse... supposedly they can't do better, but strangely, another dry cleaner returned my dress spotless. As for the owner, I've rarely seen such a rude saleswoman... If only I had read the reviews beforehand 🤷‍♀️"

"Simply shameful. You held onto my jacket for over a month. I came to pick it up before Christmas, having been unable to contact you and having made two wasted trips (it wasn't ready). You returned it to me wrapped... but unwashed. The pocket was full of dirt and pilling. What was the point of pretending? And of not responding to customers despite numerous messages left. I'm furious."
