"A very bad experience! I dropped off a waterproof jacket that was very easy to remove. I have experience with scooter oil stains that came off perfectly, but here, the work was really not up to scratch! I asked for the few small stains on the jacket and a yellow stain on the collar to be cleaned, only that one was cleaned!!! The rest of the jacket is completely stained... DEPLORABLE value for money!"
