"Visited on December 17th around 11:30 AM. Appalling experience. I completely agree with all the negative reviews; I'm using a pseudonym for obvious reasons. First, it's outrageously expensive: 19 euros for a jacket. Nothing justifies that price, not even a beautifully finished, rose-tinted jacket. Second, when I drop off clothes, I don't want to hear, in an accusatory and contemptuous tone, that I'm the one tearing off the labels. And therefore, that it's my fault if you don't know how to clean my jacket. A competent dry cleaner doesn't need to read a care label to know how to clean a garment. You're wrongly accusing me; it's unacceptable. No, sir, as I already told you, I'm not the one tearing off the labels. In fact, I never tear off my labels. These are clothes I bought at a thrift store. You blame the customers to cover up your shortcomings, classic. You're wrongly accusing me because you can't even tell me the composition of my jacket. Finally, when I ask why you don't offer dry cleaning, you launch into pseudo-technical explanations, completely absurd and meaningless. You talk about mayonnaise, perspiration... in English, that has a name: word salad. You don't offer dry cleaning, which is unusual for a dry cleaner. You just have to own up to it: it's not a problem in itself, but your explanations haven't convinced me at all!"

"Great experience with Naturalis! I brought a Caban jacket in its original condition which came out as new for 19 Euros and they graciously sewed a defective button in the process. Same for the costumes Impeccable welcome, strict punctuality and professional work. I recommend if you want to give new life to your clothes or maintain them Thanks again to the team!!"
