I had been there twice before, and both visits were perfect. I was with Mia, who treated even a simple haircut and Kerastase treatment with great professionalism and care. I left thinking, "What an excellent salon, I'll definitely be back." Today was my third visit, and unfortunately, it was the complete opposite of my previous experiences. I was assigned to Léa, and from the start, I felt unwelcome: perhaps because I don't speak French… but the attitude I received was indifferent at best. My appointment usually lasts about an hour; today, everything—the shampoo, the cut, the blow-dry—was rushed through in barely 30 minutes. The movements were abrupt, nothing was pleasant or refined, and I felt uncomfortable throughout the entire treatment. I had booked the exact same Kerastase treatment I had in June and July, but it simply wasn't performed—even though I was charged the same amount, €70. It was only after the shampoo, which was done very quickly, that Léa told me the treatment "wasn't available," which was extremely disappointing. If I had wanted a quick shampoo and blow-dry with regular products, I could have done it at home. What makes the situation even more difficult is that tomorrow is my birthday, and I came expecting the same quality of service as on my previous visits. Instead, I left upset and tense. I should have reacted immediately, but I was genuinely shocked by such a different level of service and didn't know how to respond. A salon experience isn't just about technique; it also relies on attention, care, and professionalism. Today, none of that was present. My service may not have been complex or particularly profitable, but I'm still a customer like any other. Whether I speak French or not should never affect the quality of service."

The result is superb, I'm delighted! She also cut my daughter's hair, and once again, she gave her excellent advice and created exactly the style she wanted. "A very bad experience at Mod'hair. I came simply to get my natural color back: Enzo took care of me, he made me leave with purple hair, without apology or questioning. It's unacceptable to let a client leave in this state. What's more, there's no transparency about the prices; the price quoted has nothing to do with what I'm being charged. I wanted to make another appointment with Enzo to make up for the disaster, but he wasn't even there. Léa took care of me and did everything she could to repair the damage he had done, and given the state of my hair, it was a no-brainer. Between the total lack of transparency about prices, the completely botched result, and the casual attitude, I absolutely do not recommend this salon. Avoid: no professionalism, no communication, and a disastrous result."

"5 STARS!!! I wish I could do more because my experience, there was amazing. The workers are super nice and gave my daughter a beautiful butterfly haircut. I 100% recommend going here.
