It was a big first for me: I went from very, very long hair to a very short cut. A radical change that could have been stressful, but Fanny was able to reassure me throughout the service. She took the time to understand what I wanted, guided me with kindness, and the result is simply impeccable. The welcome in the salon is warm, and the whole team is really friendly. It's a high-quality salon that I highly recommend!"

"I made an appointment at this salon in early September for an ANS Brasil treatment. Once there, I explained to Rémi that I wanted a very hydrating and slightly smoothing effect. This treatment cost me around 300 euros, but with no results. Neither the hydration nor the smoothing treatment worked. I tried contacting the salon, sent a message, and received no response. I strongly advise against it because neither the services nor the customer service live up to the prices and the claimed level of quality. It's simply a rip-off."
