"The quality of service from this optician is simply exceptional. Following a broken temple on a frame purchased at LAC, and after moving to Burgundy, I had to contact the store again for after-sales service. Unfortunately, I learned that their supplier is in liquidation, and that they are unable to order parts. A week later, I received a new pair of temples in my new mailbox, adapted to the frame, along with a mounting kit, as I was unable to travel to their store, having moved to another region. Class, that's all. Thank you, sir; it's a shame you're now 500 km from my home."
