"3 hours of waiting on a Sunday morning at 9am because there was only one hairdresser, the backup was supposed to arrive in 10 minutes, then in 20 minutes, two hairdressers arrived 2 hours later so that in the end my son left with a poorly done layered cut and sloppy finishing touches. The service lasted a maximum of 3 minutes and I was billed 10 euros while the price advertised for children is 8 euros."
