"My visit was a while ago, but my nails remember it. A semi-permanent nail polish removal and a nail polish reapplication. The removal was disastrous; the product hadn't worked enough, but the beautician fried them until she tore off small pieces. After the polish was applied, I had lumps on my nails where the polish had caked. But that didn't seem to bother the beautician. I've never been back and never will. I was with my daughter, so I didn't dare complain."
