"I don't usually write reviews unless they are positive, but the experience I had yesterday seemed so mind-blowing that I decided to write a note. My husband and I returned a bracelet (too big) that he gave me for Christmas. The saleswoman asked us for a receipt, which we didn't have and which my husband didn't remember receiving, as the saleswoman who served him told him he could return the bracelet without any problem. So she didn't want to exchange it. We were about to leave, and I turned around to calmly tell her that I wasn't happy. She decided to call her boss - I guess - and then we heard her say in front of us: "People are bitter." What?? 😳 I corrected her, telling her that I was anything but bitter. She tells me that she didn't like the way I spoke to her. reWhat?? 😳😳So, in this store, you don't have the right to calmly say that you're not happy when you leave with your bracelet not exchanged because the young lady doesn't like it. After the phone call, the exchange was finally accepted - phew! - with my husband's credit card receipt. But I won't be going back there anymore, especially since there are plenty of jewelry stores in Aix and with saleswomen who know the human side of the job."

"J'ai acheté deux colliers. Un s'est très vite abimé alors que j'ai parfaitement respecté les conditions d'utilisation. J'ai retourné ce collier qui a été mal réparé. De plus, j'attends toujours le remboursement des frais d'envoi seulement 3,50 euros alors que j'avais payé le double. En conclusion, bijoux jolis mais de mauvaise qualité. Pas de garantie contrairement à ce qui est annoncé. Un service commercial déplorable. A fuir!"
