I booked an appointment for my daughter for a pedicure and nail polish, and she came out in tears, with a botched and painful job (her big toe was bleeding), and an unexpected €8 surcharge. You can enjoy the photos... Elyssa's secrets must be never seeing her clients again and accumulating negative reviews (and giving one star is still too many)."

"I went to a beauty salon for eyebrow and lip waxing. The therapist was very friendly and gentle. The salon was very clean. I was impressed by the natural products (honey used for waxing), which promised a gentle and skin-friendly approach. Alas, once I got home, the mirror revealed that the waxing was imperfect (many hairs remained and honey remained in some areas). What a shame! I was disappointed and had to finish the job with tweezers. I was also surprised that the therapist filmed me without my knowledge with her phone, without asking my consent, in order to show a before and after."

"They have no shame... €95 charged for a leg wax for my high school daughter... Sure, they made €95, but they'll NEVER see us again. And a lost customer is talking about it. Shame on them for taking advantage of young people. Other salons offer discounts to high school and college students. They take advantage of it. Besides, they have poor reviews. We don't recommend this place."
