"I came to this salon after doing a home tie-dye, simply to have the color corrected and the result more natural. I showed a photo of what I wanted (blonde ombre hair, seamless). Unfortunately, the result was disastrous: big demarcations, thick and uneven strands, inconsistent highlights, and a result far removed from what I had requested. I paid €160 for a result that was worse than before. Three different professionals later confirmed that the work was poorly done. I was in tears when I left, so disappointed—I just wanted to feel beautiful. When I returned to the salon to ask for a refund, the hairdresser refused, saying, "You look beautiful like this," and only offered a toning treatment. I refused, afraid of another mess-up. I later learned that she had blocked me on Instagram, even though I had remained polite and decent despite my disappointment. This behavior clearly lacks professionalism. I had to go to another salon to fix everything, for an additional €209. I'm posting these photos so everyone can form their own opinion. A truly disappointing experience, both in terms of the result and the attitude. Following your response: I had requested ombré hair: a blended, luminous, natural result. I got... the complete opposite. Thick, contrasting highlights, with no blending—a result far removed from the reference photo. The salon uses "home coloring" as an excuse, but a professional chooses either to refuse the service or to offer a suitable alternative. Accepting and then delivering a result unrelated to the request is not "advice"; it is a lack of rigor. The "free corrective solution" offered was a brown patina to cover everything up. In other words: erase rather than correct. I refused, because when trust is lost, you can't change it. I'm simply sharing this experience so that others can make a clearer choice. It's a shame, as the initial contact was promising."

The three ladies who work there are very polite and cheerful. They address us formally, and when we walk in, they offer coffee, tea, or water. They know what they're doing when it comes to their job! I've been going to this salon for a little over a year. I found out about it through my best friend, whose mother runs it. And all the hairstyles I've asked for have been of exceptional quality. That's why I invite everyone who reads my review to go see them for a makeover.
