"I came today to have my son's hair cut for the first time at your salon, which had come highly recommended. My son had been growing his hair out for a while and was really keen to get a nice cut. Given his request and the nature of his hair, it didn't seem like a problem. Unfortunately, the cut was a complete failure. The young hairdresser, although very friendly, probably lacked experience for this type of service. At the time, I didn't dare express my feelings and wanted to put things into perspective, but once I got home, after washing and re-styling his hair, I was very disappointed with the result. I understand that everyone can learn and improve, but I think it would have been better if a more experienced hairdresser had been involved or if the service had been refused if it seemed too complex. I'm sharing this not to blame, but because this experience now makes me hesitant to return for myself, despite your salon's excellent reputation. Even for a child's haircut, every customer counts and wants to leave satisfied. Thank you for your understanding. I'm attaching the requested cut and the one performed."
