"A very bad and painful experience during a nail removal. The esthetician removed the semi-permanent polish with a manual file, which was sticking out, and also filed the skin with the polish. I bled and my nails are still painful. I have had my nails removed with an electric drill before and never encountered this type of problem. Estheticians must be properly trained for this type of service or refuse to perform it to avoid any risk to clients."
