"A truly magical place! I've been taking classes at Instant Bastide for a year now: Pilates classes with Charlotte and Dana (top teachers), but also yoga classes with Julia (also top!) and wellness sessions with Eve. The teachers are really very involved, caring, the classes are adapted to all levels and have a full schedule (morning/noon/evening). I've noticed real progress (both physical and mental). I recommend it 200%!"

"Since October, I've been taking stretching (Lucie), Pilates (Charlotte), and yoga (Julia) classes with three different instructors. They're all dedicated to their practices, attentive, caring, and kind. The setting is warm and peaceful. I highly recommend this magnificent space that Isabelle has created over the past few years. ✨"
