"The Nintendo Switch LCD screen I received was defective; only the backlight works (see photo). I tested it before installation. The seller is questioning the test, even though we've been professionals for 11 years. The screen wasn't damaged (see photos). I can't imagine what the message would be like for a first-time customer. I performed the same standard test with a screen from another supplier, and that one works perfectly (see photo). I strongly advise against buying spare parts from Infinitydream. Furthermore, they refuse to accept returns and issue refunds, even though they're out of stock. The French consumer protection agency (DGCCRF) shouldn't find out about this... So, ZERO customer service, avoid them at all costs. Amazon or Nextgen-Industry are better options."
