"What a disappointment! Everything should be impeccable, and we shouldn't write this type of review when staying at a Relais & Châteaux hotel. A 50-minute massage when you pay for 60 minutes (a sixth less should also be reflected in the price, right?), a massage that didn't live up to my expectations. I was asked which areas I wanted to be massaged more, but in the end, this wasn't taken into account. During the leg massage, it was mainly my feet that were massaged. I left very frustrated. The spa includes a sauna and a steam room in a small room; you have to return to the cabins via the corridor for a cool shower. The sensory shower didn't work. The pool isn't part of the spa (you have to pay an extra €100 to access it), and there's no jacuzzi. I can find this type of service elsewhere than at this type of establishment."

"We recently took advantage of the facilities at the SPA de la Gaude where we were welcomed by friendly people who made us have a pleasant time. The place is nestled in the middle of the estate's vineyards next to the Château's swimming pool. A warm welcome in a charming place. The only shame: that of not being able to enjoy the interior garden to relax by the fountain. Thank you for this moment!"
