"A gym like no other! Superbly equipped, on a human scale, with an intimate, almost family-like atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. Every session makes me feel like a VIP: everything is designed for our comfort and progress. The coaching is simply excellent—attentive, caring, and passionate. It's a real pleasure to come and train in these conditions! I couldn't have dreamed of anything better. I highly recommend it!"

"Very good gym, good quality Panatta equipment. Never too crowded, you can train however you want without waiting ages for a bench or machine. It's a change from Fitness Parks, etc. The prices are reasonable, but it's just a shame there aren't semester or year-round memberships for students. The gym is always very clean, and health regulations are respected. The only major drawback is the hours. Closed from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m."

"Nice gym with everything you need, and very friendly staff! Pressure free atmosphere. Good AC. Only wish it was open more, (through lunch and later) but this is understandable since it’s a small, locally run business, and I’d take that over an industrial chain any day. 5 stars."

"Very nice gym; a wide selection of equipment and very flexible hours, coaches always available to answer questions. The changing rooms and the gym are very clean. Very good value for money with couples' rates. Since the change of manager at the end of 2016, I compared the rates with other gyms, I couldn't find better!"
