"Karine teaches several types of classes, at several times to meet everyone's needs, but within each class, she is also very attentive to each participant. She guides us through the postures, advises us on how to adapt them if we have specific physical concerns, and envelops her students with real human warmth. I liked the way she lightly conveys certain aspects of yoga philosophy in her explanations."
