"I took a down jacket to this dry cleaner because it had a slight odor under the arms. The result? I got it back with the exact same odor, not just under the arms, but all over the jacket. A real magic trick: paying for nothing. Honestly, if their specialty is returning clothes as they arrived, they're excellent. Maybe it's time to change careers, because for a dry cleaner, it's a total failure."

"Very dissatisfied with the ironing of the duvet cover, only creases, I had to redo the ironing, it's not the first time. I checked when collecting my laundry, the person told me that there was nothing they could do because the ironing is done by a machine that was stopped (12 hours) and the dry cleaners do not have a manual iron!!!!"
