"Ah, well, here I am, finally able to post my opinion since you blocked me on Facebook to prevent me from posting photos. I wanted to surprise my partner, and what a surprise! The installer was two hours late, so my partner watched the installation. So, no surprise there. We had to wait on our balcony in the cold because it was winter. Once it was finished, the worst happened: the hot tub was punctured. We had to reinflate it every two hours from Friday to Sunday. Imagine the crazy weekend... And it didn't end there. On Sunday, another person came to remove the hot tub, and disaster struck! It flooded the entire building, from the lobby down to the basement, and tripped the elevator. They promised us another free evening, lol, if I pay the €75 fee. I've already paid €350 for a crappy evening, and now they're demanding another €75? What a joke! So now I'm not getting any more replies from them. They blocked me on Facebook so I couldn't post the photos and spread the word. Their service is of extremely poor quality, a disgrace! I told you I'd give you bad publicity sooner or later, you can't block me here 😘😘 Run from this company; at the first sign of trouble, they'll be gone."

"No seriousness!! Cold jacuzzi!! No refund!! We had a rotten day thanks to them!! I strongly advise against it! Opted to go directly to an approved center at least no surprises... jacuzzi not clean!! (dirt floating and supposedly it was clean)..."

"Not a serious company at all!! Between the additional delivery charges that came out of nowhere and the spa that remained cold (no refund and no further response from them) I would definitely not recommend... A big zero for lovely home & spa!"
