"I had an appointment at 11:30 and I thought I'd be seen on time. Unfortunately, the hairdresser was already late, busy chatting with his colleagues with no regard for the waiting clients. At 11:30, when my appointment was supposed to start, nothing happened. No explanation, no attempt to help, no apology. He simply continued his conversation as if it weren't important. And the most surprising thing is that at 11:45, just 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, he decided to go for a cigarette break, again without warning and without ever apologizing. I was left waiting there when it was clearly his responsibility to be on time. A professional who makes his clients wait without a valid reason, who deliberately runs late, and who goes off to smoke in the middle of their reserved time slot… it's incomprehensible and unacceptable. I sincerely believe that this salon lacks professionalism and respect for its clients. An experience to avoid if you're looking for professionalism."

"Le Dameret/Reine Mère is a place you discover for one reason or another: for a drink, a cocktail, a haircut, a beard trim, or even a karaoke session... But it's a place where you feel good and you keep coming back! The welcome goes beyond that of a shopkeeper to their customers! You feel welcomed as if you were receiving a friend. So you come for a reason, but without a doubt, you come back! For that same reason or another. Today we went back for a haircut, and Thomas and his team were as good as ever! The attention we received was unparalleled, and the result of the haircut was fantastic, thank you to my hairdresser! 👍 So yes, we came for a reason, and came back for that same reason, and again for another. But rest assured we'll be back, with or without a reason, just like we'll be saying hello to a friend. 🙏😉"

"A very high level in my experience of long beard service with cut at Dameret. Real listening, no stereotypical haircut / beard trim; here we listen to you and we tailor. Quality also in care and products. Yes it is not the cheapest, quality has to be paid for. Not to mention the really cool decor. In summary, the best barber / hairdresser in Aix (west and +)"

"Haircut for my 8years old son. AMAZING! Absolutely amazing. From the friendly and welcoming staff to the attention of details. The Haircut was Exactly like we wanted and it was done after an old photo. The Haircut took a good 20-25 minutes and NOT 3 minutes fast and on to the next one like most others do... I would 1000% recommend this. Definitely coming back here from now on."
