"The owner arrived at 10:30 a.m. even though I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. The gel nail area wasn't cleaned even though I was the first customer in the morning. Unpleasant and bossy (you have to adapt to her and sit exactly where she wants you to, otherwise she can't work) even though all she needs is our hands! Mind-blowing! I've never experienced such an unpleasant and unprofessional welcome. I left before her service began."

"I got my nails done here around two weeks ago and had such a great experience. The owner is so lovely and made me feel very welcome. The nails still look gorgeous, highly recommend! An added plus is that we got to meet the lovely Chanel - my boyfriend enjoyed patting her while we waited for my nails to be done."
