"Disappointed by this experience. I came in Friday evening for a haircut that was very clearly explained: a straight, mid-length bob. Leaving the salon, I was initially quite pleased with the result, as the hairdresser had created waves, which masked the flaws in the cut. It was only after straightening my hair that I realized the extent of the problem. The bob is actually cut in a rounded shape, with uneven lengths and some strands shorter than others, resulting in a very irregular and unkempt look. The cut is absolutely nothing like what I asked for. To top it all off, I paid €39 for this service, when the quoted price was €25. Given the result, this price difference is all the more incomprehensible. It's a real shame, because the request was simple. I would have appreciated more attention to detail, precision, and transparency. Unfortunately, it was a negative experience; I do not recommend it."
