"After nearly an hour of waiting, we were told that our 11-year-old daughter had nits and had to leave. We went to a competitor, "Pascal Coste" not to be named, and were very well received and no nits in sight, so I understand that the hairdresser didn't want to do her job and found this excuse to make us leave. She can rest assured, we won't be coming back!!!!"
