"Honestly disappointed, the welcome wasn't pleasant… On the other hand, the treatment itself was perfect, and I thank the person who provided it! However, the saleswoman was unpleasant, handling two people at the same time and making me wait for over 15 minutes… selling me a product for 45 euros, but not mentioning the offer starting at 49 euros! And I'd just had a 120 euro treatment! Really not customer-oriented, and not attentive… very disappointed 😞 This isn't the image I had of the brand… Having done Causality demonstrations in pharmacies, it's much better! "Amazing experience. I had a facial and body scrub by Noa, she was really good and knew exactly what she was doing. I’ve never felt so relaxed. I was then served by Marine that was also very helpful and help me find everything I needed. I couldn’t suggest Caudalie more. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. Everything was very clean and the whole team were very nice and welcoming."
