"not even worth one star. I called in the afternoon and they told me they could come at 4 p.m. Once there at 4 p.m. they told me they would have to wait another 40 minutes. I went to get my armpits waxed only once, the first and last time the person actually left burnt patches on me, when pulling the wax, it was skin that she tore off and I still have the patches to this day (October 23) knowing that she waxed me on September 19. When taking the wax she also left threads of wax spread over my face. In short, zero to run away from"
