"Horrible! I came in with long hair and a long beard, asking for a haircut and beard trim based on a photo that shouldn't have been complicated at all: a shave on the sides and back while keeping the hair long. I was styled by a young guy who just botched the job. The back wasn't even straight, the area around my ears is disgusting, and when I asked him to trim my beard, he just grabbed the clippers and shaved into it (that's not what you call trimming a beard, young man). Even that wasn't neat, with some patches left longer. I couldn't say much once the mess was made. What's more, he spent the whole time talking to the owner in Arabic, even though they both know perfectly well I don't understand what they're saying. I left feeling awful. Talk about rudeness and disregard for the customer! Avoid this barber at all costs!!"
